This talk will cover the way in which mobile technologies can be ‘unified’ to address the need of a consumer at each stage of his or her decision journey, and how a new model of user-generated content curation can be used to create a seamless customer experience. The talk will be based on the experience that John-Michael has had in building Twenty Something London’s new app, an intuitive platform that connects users with the best independent businesses – places and events – around them.
